Airdrop Malfunction, need help!

my airdrop appear to be malfunction and not able to search anyone around, and can't even have option to choose "contact" only or "everyone". All the basic procedure such as turn on wifi, bluetooth, log in iCloud, turn off the firewall stuff already been done, yet it still not working.

Can anyone help to advise how to solve this? TQ
